Provisioning Engineers

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related engineering field (Diploma with strong relevant experience may be considered)
• Experience : 4–8 years of hands-on experience in network provisioning and service activation within a telecom or service provider environment
• Technical Skills:
• o Hands-on configuration and provisioning of Juniper (MX), Cisco, and Nokia devices
• o Strong experience with SecureCRT, WinSCP, and scripting for device configuration
• o DWDM provisioning experience on Nokia PSS and Huawei platforms using NFM-P and NFM-T
• o Working knowledge of Alcatel SDH (1660, 1662, 1642), Cisco WIP routers, Nokia NGTT/NGCE-AA, and Netconfig roles
• o Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS networking, including tunnel creation
• o Operational knowledge of NBN Portal, One Manage, TEMIP, Voice Switches, and OSS systems
• o Experience using Cisco Prime for NTU device scripting
• Soft Skills:
• o Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
• o Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities under pressure
• Other Requirements:
• o Willingness to work in rotational shifts and after-hours change windows
• o Experience working in onshore-offshore delivery models
• Preferred Qualifications
• o Huawei certifications - NCE-CE (Cloud & Enterprise) and NCE-TX (Transmission)
• o Experience with fibre, transport, and IP/MPLS service provisioning
