In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to set up and maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of doctor profiles and healthcare institutes. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong ability to work with large data sets.
A Day in the Life of a Provider Data Operations Associate:
Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, audit and analyze data
Build and maintain detailed provider profiles by merging data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Use Excel/Google spreadsheets to manage and update large datasets, create reports, and conduct data analysis
Review and verify the accuracy of provider information to ensure all details are up-to-date, and address any gaps or inconsistencies through outreach
Ensure all data privacy and compliance standards are met
Skills & Qualifications:
At least a bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution (good percentage or a minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation and above)
At least 2 years of work experience
Relevant experience in data analysis, SQL, or Excel-based roles is highly desirable.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for research, summarization, and data validation, with the ability to review, refine, and quality-check AI-generated outputs.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in working with complex data
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a team
A background in US healthcare or other data-driven industries is a plus
