Responsibilities
- Source healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Post jobs and build a pipeline of qualified U.S. based candidates
- Screen candidates via phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership
- Track candidate progress from application through hiring
- Prepare offers and manage candidate follow ups
- Collect and organize onboarding documents, including licenses, certifications, IDs, CVs, and agreements
- Support provider onboarding, scheduling, and operational readiness
- Maintain recruiting trackers, onboarding records, and hiring reports
- Serve as primary point of contact for clinicians throughout onboarding and active engagement
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, operations, or coordination
- Healthcare recruiting or provider coordination experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable communicating with U.S. based professionals
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and recruiting tools
- Must be available to work 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Dubai Time

About the Role
- We are a fast growing U.S. based telehealth company looking for a highly organized Provider Coordinator / Healthcare Recruiter to join our Dubai office.
- In this role, you will recruit, onboard, coordinate, and manage U.S. based healthcare professionals while ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
What You'll Do
- Source healthcare professionals through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Post jobs and build a strong pipeline of qualified U.S. based candidates.
- Screen candidates via phone/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clinical leadership.
- Track candidate progress from application through hiring.
- Prepare offers and manage candidate follow ups.
- Collect and organize onboarding documents, including licenses, certifications, IDs, CVs, and agreements.
- Support provider onboarding, scheduling, and operational readiness.

- Coordinate with operations regarding provider availability, scheduling, and communication.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clinicians throughout onboarding and active engagement.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, operations, or coordination.
- Healthcare recruiting or provider coordination experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable communicating with U.S. based professionals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS platforms, spreadsheets, and recruiting tools.
- Professional, proactive, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be available to work 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Dubai Time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting clinicians or telehealth providers.
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare licensing, NPIs, credentialing, background checks, malpractice coverage, and onboarding requirements.
- Experience supporting provider scheduling and healthcare operations.
