Propulsion Controls Engineer

Act as a technical expert , supporting customers and engineers in the field and ensuring smooth service execution.

Work closely with service coordinators and clients, taking ownership of final reporting and technical documentation.

Travel extensively worldwide ( approximately 170 days per year ) to deliver expert service on-site.

What You Bring to the Team

Strong technical knowledge and experience with propulsion systems, and electrical engineering .

A background in marine engineering or a related technical field .

The ability to work independently and lead teams during complex service operations.

Excellent communication skills in English.

A customer-focused, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality and safety.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
