ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposals Coordinator to join our Pre-Contracts team in Wangara . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in securing new work by coordinating the development of high-quality tender submissions, expressions of interest, prequalifications and client presentations.
Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of tenders, EOIs and prequalification submissions.
- Prepare bid plans, manage submission timelines and coordinate review meeting requests to support compliant, on-time delivery.
- Work closely with Pre-Contracts Managers, Bid Managers, Estimators and operational teams to source and develop submission content.
- Monitor tender inbox correspondence and download tender documents, addenda and related information.
- Maintain CRM records, tender portals, bid reports, SharePoint sites, tender folders and document control records.
