Proposal Specialist (Remote)

Manage assigned RFx projects from start to finish, including identifying deliverables, coordinating with subject matter experts, and serving as the main point of contact for Sales, clients, and internal team

Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations across all stakeholders

Maintain strong attention to detail and organization to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality outputs

Develop, write, and edit proposal content, including executive summaries and tailored responses based on the opportunity and sales strategy

Simplify and standardize input from subject matter experts to align with HALO’s voice, positioning, and differentiators

Leverage AI tools to support content development, editing, and process efficiency

Partner with proposal team members to review, proofread, and support active projects as needed

Build strong working relationships across teams and with stakeholders at various levels

Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment while managing independent responsibilities

Ensure all responses are accurate, compliant with client requirements, and aligned with brand guidelines

Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and formatting across all proposal materials

Utilize internal tools and AI resources to support brand alignment and efficiency
