Role Overview

Support AECOM's process of winning work through proposal management, client responses, market research, and coordination with growth and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead small to medium proposals and assist with large proposals across regions or business lines.
  • Support pursuits from capture through the interview stage when required.
  • Coordinate proposal and qualification content, schedules, templates, compliance, content plans, and production.
  • Provide document design leadership and write or edit resumes and past performance sections.
  • Facilitate Pink and Red Team reviews and implement proposal and presentation revisions.
  • Participate in go/no-go, greenlight, capture planning, and positioning activities.
  • Complete internal debriefs and review client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Apply quality, legal, contracts, delegation of authority, and signatory approval processes.
  • Coordinate with business line, operations, technical, and business development teams on marketing information.
  • Guide entry-level proposal team members and check work before review or approval.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Three to six years of experience in proposal management, tendering or bidding, business development, RFP/RFQ preparation, or techno-commercial proposal development is required.
