Shaffra is hiring a Solutions & Proposal Manager to own enterprise proposals from opportunity through final submission.
The role connects Sales, Product, Engineering, and Project Management.
The position combines customer understanding, solution shaping, internal coordination, and proposal development.
Responsibilities
- Own the proposal process from initial scoping through final submission.
- Translate customer requirements into use cases, workflows, solution components, and deliverables.
- Validate architecture, integrations, infrastructure, data, and technical requirements with technical teams.
- Define user experience, implementation phases, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Coordinate pricing, fees, commercial structure, and optional items.
- Prepare RFP, RFI, and enterprise tender responses.
- Define assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, and customer responsibilities.
- Coordinate internal inputs and maintain proposal quality and deadlines.
- Hand proposals from Sales to Project Management and Delivery after a win.
- Maintain reusable technical, commercial, and company proposal content.
