Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah as a Proposal Engineer.
The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed proposals, creating technical and commercial documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales and procurement, and ensuring timely submissions.
Additionally, the role involves coordinating with electrical engineering teams to develop accurate and competitive project bids while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing, with strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering concepts and technical applications
- Experience in Sales, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge and experience in Procurement processes to support proposal development
- Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Work experience in the luxury or construction sectors is a plus
