We are currently looking to hire an experienced Marketing/ Proposal Coordinator for our Orange Office to join our current team of managers, engineers, and designers who represent the top talent in the industry.

Reporting to the Principal, this position performs general proposal coordination and preparation of work under the direct supervision of Project Managers and Principals for marketing and business pursuits for the clients that the Company serves.

The position is an integral part of a team that supports marketing and business development activities for the Company, including, but not limited to:

• Facilitates, coordinates, and assists with the preparation of marketing-related materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Review solicitations (RFP, RFQ, RFI), advise Project Managers on submittal requirements, and outline responsibilities to respond.
