Job Overview
Oversee the operational efficiency, maintenance, and overall performance of facilities.
Ensure excellent service delivery, tenant satisfaction, and smooth coordination with service providers and government entities.
Property and Facility Operations
- Supervise property staff and ensure high-quality performance.
- Monitor facility maintenance, preventive plans, and renovation activities.
- Address tenant needs, complaints, and inspection findings.
- Review maintenance reports, quotations, invoices, and vendor performance.
Leasing and Government Coordination
- Support leasing operations and contract management tasks.
- Coordinate with government authorities for permits, licenses, and official procedures.
- Conduct site visits, supervise project handovers, and validate engineering drawings.
Financial Monitoring
- Prepare and monitor property-related budgets and petty cash accounts.
