Responsibilities
- Engage with potential tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Conduct informative and engaging property viewings, highlighting unique features and benefits
- Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure favorable lease agreements
- Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and team members
- Represent sellers in negotiations with potential buyers to secure best terms of sale
- Keep sellers informed of market conditions, progress of sale, and feedback from viewings
- Guide sellers through closing process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Experience with CRM software (preferred)
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (preferred)
