Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Property Showings: Conduct informative and engaging property viewings, highlighting unique features and benefits.
  • Rent Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure favorable lease agreements.
  • Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary rental paperwork and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and team members.
  • Sales Negotiation: Represent sellers in negotiations with potential buyers to secure best terms of sale.
  • Communication: Keep sellers informed of market conditions, progress of sale, and feedback from viewings.
  • Closing the Deal: Guide sellers through closing process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM software.
  • Preferred: Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
  • Local hiring only.
