Hiring: Property Sales Manager (UAE Real Estate)
We are looking for a **Property Sales Manager** with proven experience in the **UAE real estate market** to lead and manage our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Handle **off-plan, secondary sales, and rental portfolios**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide training/support
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in UAE real estate (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in **off-plan, secondary sales, and rentals**
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and trends
- Target-driven with a strong sales track record
