• This is an entry level position that supports the team in the administration of rental assistance programs aimed at low-income clients. The following represents the major essential and secondary duties of the position; however, they are not intended to be all-inclusive. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• · Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls (including complaints) to the appropriate AHFC personnel.
• · Manage appointment scheduling such as making, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments as necessary
• · Provide accurate program information to clients or prospective applicants; assisting with applications to various housing programs,
• · Assist with application review for completeness, potentially obtaining verifications and inputting client information into AHFC computer systems. Support accurate applicant files, and brief applicants on eligibility requirements in adherence to applicable regulations and guidelines.
