Responsibilities
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for residential and commercial properties, including interior, exterior, and neighborhood imagery
- Coordinate with property managers and marketing teams, visit sites, stage spaces where needed, and capture high quality visual content
- Edit photos and videos, ensure consistent branding, and prepare media files optimized for web, social media, and marketing materials
- Maintain equipment, manage file storage and backups, and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Strong skills in property and architectural photography, including composition, lighting, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in videography, including planning shots, operating video equipment, and capturing smooth, engaging footage
- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
- Ability to plan and execute on site shoots, including basic staging, time management, and coordination with internal teams
- Understanding of visual content requirements for digital marketing, social media, and listing platforms
- Strong organizational skills for managing file naming, storage, backups, and delivery of assets on schedule
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing, operations, and property management teams
- Comfort working on site across various property types in Dubai, with flexibility to adapt to changing shoot schedules
- Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, or travel photography/videography is highly beneficial
- Valid UAE work authorization and a portfolio demonstrating relevant photography and videography work
