Property and Operations Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all company properties and premises.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and servicing of appliances and equipment.
- Manage utilities, timely payments, and related service coordination.
- Maintain property stock and inventory records.
- Ensure properties and related assets remain efficiently maintained and in good condition.
Vendors and Documentation
- Maintain and organize legal, warranty, and property-related documentation.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
- Manage vendors, technicians, and service providers.
- Maintain records of maintenance, servicing, warranties, and expenses.
Desired Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Vendor and facilities-management experience is preferred.
- Ability to independently handle multiple properties and operational requirements.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving.
Compensation
- Compensation is ₹32,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Vendor and facilities-management experience is preferred.
