We are hiring “Property Management Officer”
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/ Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Managing property (UAE experience preferred).
- **The Property Management Officer** will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations, maintaining relation with tenant and maintenance company, property management, leasing and compliance of assigned properties.
- The role ensures that all properties are managed efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards, legal requirements, and contractual obligations.
- The officer acts as the primary point of contact for tenants, service providers, and internal departments.
- **Salary Range**: AED 10,000 – 15,000.00 (Based on Experience)
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
