Position Overview
Oversee day-to-day operations of a premium mixed-use compound in Riyadh.
Deliver resident service, maximize occupancy and revenue, manage stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage residential, retail, commercial, financial, operational, customer service, and reporting functions.
Leasing and Tenancy Management
- Develop annual leasing and pricing strategies and manage the full tenant lifecycle.
- Oversee Ejar and Shomoos registration, renewals, and RERA compliance.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants.
- Manage corporate, diplomatic, retail, and commercial tenant relationships, including fit-out approvals and lease compliance.
- Coordinate tenant onboarding, show-unit readiness, rent benchmarking, and tenant communications.
Financial and Revenue Management
- Oversee monthly rent billing, collection, reconciliation, arrears control, and tenant deposit accounts.
- Coordinate utility readings and resident rebilling for consumption overages.
- Support annual budgets, monitor variance, and maintain open-book financial records.
- Ensure ZATCA compliance for VAT, e-invoicing, withholding tax, and Zakat.
