As a Property Manager you will provide property management services to:
Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments
Carry out routine property inspections
Debtor management
Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities, including community involvement and Elders events
