Role Overview
Oversee the daily operations of properties while managing tenant relations, financial tasks, maintenance, legal compliance, property value, and occupancy.
Tenant Management
- Advertise vacant properties and conduct site visits.
- Screen and select tenants using background, credit, and reference checks.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements.
- Handle tenant complaints, requests, disputes, and move-in and move-out processes.
Financial Management
- Collect rent and security deposits on time.
- Coordinate competitive rental rates with management.
- Manage utilities, vendor payments, taxes when required, and property expenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
Maintenance and Compliance
- Conduct regular property inspections and monitor property condition.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, vendor services, and contractors.
- Ensure property cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations and handle lease enforcement or eviction procedures when necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation and stay updated on housing laws and tenant rights.
