About the Role
Driven Properties is hiring a Property Management Administrator to support tenant queries, lease renewals, and property documentation. The role requires administrative experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with property management software like Yardi.

Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional support to tenants with queries related to maintenance, parking, contracts, cheques, and other property services
- Follow up on Ejari issuance, DEWA connections, and chiller connections
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on behalf of the Property Manager
- Generate Rental Index results and draft renewal notices within 100 days of lease expiry, completing the full renewal process within 30 days of expiry
- Assist in the preparation and review of lease agreements and all relevant documentation
- Maintain accurate records of property details, tenant information, lease agreements, and renewals across all trackers
- Enter new properties into the CRM and reconcile CRM data with contract details, master sheets, and payment records
- Receive, record, and track maintenance requests and ensure timely follow up
- Prepare checklists for property inspections, move ins, and move outs to ensure compliance with company standards
- Prepare weekly reports on the property portfolio for the Property Manager
- Assist the Property Manager with any additional administrative tasks required for smooth property operations
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within property management or real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with property management software, preferably Yardi
- Previous experience handling tenant enquiries and property documentation
