Position Overview
Masterpiece Property is seeking a motivated Property Listing Agent to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on landlord relationships, property listings, viewings, negotiations, documentation, and listing performance.
Work Arrangement
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Work location: In person.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords.
- Create and manage high-quality property listings across real estate platforms.
- Handle offers, negotiations, and documentation processes.
- Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally.
- Prepare accurate property descriptions.
- Keep listings updated and compliant with required standards.
- Monitor listing performance and improve visibility and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate property information and databases.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate listing, property portals, or administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market is advantageous.
