The company serves qualified international investors through a global advisory network, market research, and developer relationships.
What you will do
- Advise international and UAE-based investors from first conversation through property handover.
- Run meetings in the Dubai office, on site visits, at sales galleries, and by video.
- Build and own the client pipeline and keep CRM records accurate.
- Work with developer sales teams on availability, allocations, pricing, and payment plans.
- Prepare property comparisons, payment-plan models, and return analysis.
- Attend developer launches, previews, and Castilion investor events.
- Answer investor questions using current knowledge of the Dubai and UAE property market.
What Castilion is looking for
- At least two years of consultative sales experience in real estate or another high-value environment.
- Fluency in the language of the selected market desk plus working English.
- Comfort discussing price, payment structures, returns, and risk with sophisticated clients.
- Strong follow-up discipline and professional presentation in a client-facing office environment.
- A UAE residence visa or willingness to relocate to Dubai.
- A UAE driving licence is advantageous for site visits.
Market desks
- GCC and Egypt desk requiring Arabic.
- Russia and CIS desk requiring Russian.
- Indian subcontinent desk requiring Hindi, Urdu, or regional languages.
- Europe and UK desk.
- Strong candidates outside the listed desks may also apply.
Licensing and training
- Applicants do not need an existing RERA broker card; Castilion sponsors the licensing pathway.
- The pathway includes a UAE employment visa, Dubai Real Estate Institute training, the RERA examination, and broker-card issuance.
- Annual RERA renewal is handled and paid for by Castilion while the employee remains with the company.
Training and onboarding
- Onboarding covers UAE market structure, foreign ownership rules, developers, projects, pricing, payment plans, and off-plan dynamics.
- Training includes Golden Visa and freehold ownership processes, rental performance, service charges, exit routes, and investor objections.
- Continuous training includes launch briefings, quarterly Dubai Land Department market updates, research access, and deal coaching.
What Castilion provides
- Dubai office and desk, direct developer access, priority allocation on new launches, and qualified enquiries.
- Investment analysis, project comparisons, payment-plan modelling, return analysis, research, investor materials, and transaction support.
- CRM and sales infrastructure plus visa and RERA licensing support at company cost.
Compensation
- Commission-based and uncapped compensation tied directly to closed transactions.
- The role is not salaried and does not include guaranteed income; full commercial terms are shared at offer stage.
Location
- On-site, in-office role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; not remote or hybrid.
