The Property Investment Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role combines property investment analysis, client advisory, investment recommendations, transaction guidance, and portfolio monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate property investment opportunities and conduct market and financial analyses.
- Develop tailored investment recommendations aligned with client goals and risk profiles.
- Meet clients, present investment proposals, and guide them through the end-to-end transaction process.
- Monitor portfolio performance and track local and regional real estate trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless client experience and portfolio growth.
- Maintain professional, responsive client service in a performance-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in finance, investments, and investment strategies, with the ability to analyze and structure property deals.
- Practical financial planning experience, including risk assessment and alignment of recommendations with client objectives.
- Proven customer service, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prior real estate or investment advisory experience is preferred, especially in the Dubai or wider UAE market.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, real estate, or a related field is required.
- Professional finance or real estate certifications are advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional regionally relevant languages are beneficial.
