Bluechip Group is hiring a Property Coordinator to support real estate operations, manage property listings, and coordinate between clients, developers, and internal teams. Requires 1 year of tele-calling experience, proficiency in MS Office, and must be based in Dubai on a husband or father's visa.

Responsibilities
- List residential and commercial properties for sale and rent across internal systems and online platforms
- Coordinate with owners to get listing agreements signed and ensure accurate documentation
- Conduct cold calls to source new properties
- Add leads to CRM and maintain accurate lead records
- Act as point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and general client communication
- Coordinate with developers for potential listings and collaboration
- Source new properties based on market trends and client needs
- Arrange property viewings and coordinate between clients and agents
- Calculate rental income and expenses to support investment evaluations
- Prepare forms and paperwork related to listings, agreements, and viewings
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven Tele calling experience

- Arranging property viewings and ensuring proper coordination between clients and agents.
- Calculating rental income and expenses to support investment evaluations and rental pricing.
- Preparing forms and paperwork related to listings, agreements, and viewings.
- Handling admin work as assigned, ensuring organized and up to date records.
