Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) Real Estate industry, with a strong knowledge of the market
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Motivated individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings
  • Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Role Description

  • Establish and develop business relationships with high value customers and real estate developers to generate sales
  • Guide customers through the home buying process, offering assistance and advice to help them find the right property in the luxury segment
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings
  • Utilize market intelligence to provide customers with accurate and relevant information
  • Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets
