About the Role
Al Hodood Technologies is hiring a Property Consultant to build relationships with real estate agencies, promote off-plan projects, and achieve sales targets. The role requires three years of real estate sales experience, knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, and a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and partner networks
- Provide agencies with marketing materials, assist in site visits, and address client inquiries
- Develop sales strategies and participate in exhibitions and networking events to promote off plan projects
- Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities to provide market insights
- Achieve sales targets through indirect sales channels and prepare performance reports
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and assist agencies with contract documentation
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in indirect sales
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off plan property market
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Persian, Hindi, or French are a plus
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work in a fast paced environment, including weekends and evenings when required
