Unitrust Real Estate is looking for driven Property Consultant / Real Estate Agents who want to build a successful and sustainable career in the UAE real estate market.
We provide a strong platform for agents to succeed, including daily fresh leads generated by a well-established and active in-house marketing team, allowing consultants to focus on client engagement and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to daily inbound leads provided by the marketing team.
- Identify and understand client requirements and provide suitable property recommendations.
- Manage and follow-up on daily inbound leads and client inquiries.
- Conduct property viewings, inspections, and presentation.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and agreement to successfully close deals.
- Provide after-sales support to clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new project launches.
- Maintain accurate client's records and update CRM system.
- Meet and exceeds individual sales target and performance KPIs.
