Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultation to clients
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, pricing, and current trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions
- Prepare and follow up on sales agreements and required documentation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent specifically in Abu Dhabi
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Valid UAE driving license
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
