MPRIVĒ Realty is hiring property consultants for two specialist tracks: Off-Plan Specialist and Secondary Market Specialist.
The consultants advise private buyers and international investors across Dubai's property market within their area of expertise.
Location and Employment
- The position is based in Dubai, Media City.
- The job type is full time.
Off-Plan Specialist Duties
- Maintain relationships with Dubai developers to secure direct access to inventories and upcoming launches.
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate trends, community developments, and new off-plan product launches.
- Provide investment advice that aligns off-plan properties with buyers' and investors' financial goals.
Secondary Market Duties
- Source, list, and update resale properties with accurate and high-quality presentation.
- Maintain knowledge of established communities, market valuations, and transaction histories.
- Manage the resale cycle from property valuation and marketing through contract negotiation and final transfer.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of successful real estate experience in the Dubai market in either off-plan or secondary-market sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience handling diverse clients and investors.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Strong negotiation abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a tech-driven, proactive mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in additional languages such as Russian, French, or Arabic is highly preferred.
