Overview

  • Basri Developments is growing and looking for an ambitious, results driven Property Consultant to join their expanding real estate team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle property sales and negotiate deals with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Stay updated with current real estate market trends and new developments.
  • Conduct cold calling and actively generate new business opportunities.
  • Reach out to potential clients through multiple channels.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings and property site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Mandatory: 3–5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Valid Saudi driver’s license is a must.
