The role requires a minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, strong negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai market.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed on property trends, pricing, and competitive analysis
- Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
- Facilitate property negotiations and ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Assist clients with the preparation and review of property related documentation and contracts
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow up processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Consultant or Adviser in a UAE Real Estate Developer or Brokerage company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving abilities
- In depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including legal framework and investment opportunities
- Excellent client relationship management skills and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to network and build relationships with potential clients and key industry stakeholders
- Preferably Russian, Urdu, Hindi, or French speaker

Job Description
- Lapis Properties LLC, a fast growing Real Estate Developer, is looking for a dynamic and results driven Property Consultant Indirect Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effect
Responsibilities
- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Property Listings: Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed on property trends, pricing, and competitive analysis.
- Advisory Services: Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiations: Facilitate property negotiations and ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Viewings and Presentations: Arrange and conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
