Role overview
Exotic Haven Real Estate is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Property Consultant.
The role covers Dubai off-plan primary developments and ready-to-move secondary listings across the full sales lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on high-yield investment opportunities and luxury developments across Dubai.
- Manage secondary market listings and primary developer projects.
- Conduct market appraisals and stay updated on Dubai Land Department regulations.
- Produce Instagram and TikTok content to showcase premium listings.
- Provide guidance on mortgage processes, MOUs, and property transfers.
- Manage activities from lead generation and property viewings through negotiations and closing.
Requirements
- At least one year of active experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Proven track record in both primary and secondary property sales.
- A valid RERA card is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Self-motivated with a closer mindset and professional appearance.
