Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Provide expert advice on off plan developments and secondary market properties
- Guide clients through the entire sales process from initial consultation to post sale support
- Stay updated on market trends, property pricing, and new developments
- Negotiate property prices and close deals efficiently
- Conduct property viewings, attend client meetings, and represent Loft & Keys at events
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and administrative requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year real estate experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, results oriented, and passionate about sales
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Knowledge of Dubai’s off plan and secondary property markets
- A valid driver’s license
- Chinese or Russian speakers preferably
