Job Overview
- We are looking for a driven and experienced Secondary Market Listing Agent to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in listing and selling residential properties, with a strong focus on the secondary (resale) market.
Target Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate industry
- Focus on agents with experience or interest in the secondary market
- This is a commission based position

Leadership & Support

Tools, CRM & Licenses
- Microsoft Teams for local and international calls and video conferencing
- Full CRM license package (KENDAL)
- Secure mailing servers (local and international)
- Remote access and VPN connectivity
Commission Structure
- Flat 55% commission on owned deals
- Opportunity to increase up to 80% based on company targets
- Commission payouts within one week of deal closure
