We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Generate leads through networking, calls, and marketing platforms
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and property values
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local property market (e.g., Dubai real estate)
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
