- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high value clients and leading real estate developers to drive sustainable sales growth
- Support clients throughout the end to end home buying journey, providing expert guidance to help them identify and secure the right property
- Proactively monitor market trends, new developments, and property launches to remain commercially informed
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insight driven advice using strong market intelligence
- Expand your client portfolio by leveraging your network and generating referrals from satisfied clients
- Partner with a high performing team to consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Open to freshers and experienced agents in the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills
- Highly driven and self motivated
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Genuine interest in staying current on market trends
- Proactive approach to networking and generating referrals
