- Generate, manage, and follow up with leads
- Speak with buyers and investors to understand their needs
- Present suitable Dubai off plan and investment properties
- Explain projects, payment plans, ROI potential, and key benefits
- Arrange meetings, viewings, and developer presentations
- Build strong client, investor, and developer relationships
- Manage client follow ups and sales pipeline updates
- Support clients from first enquiry to closing and handover
- Stay updated on Dubai market trends and new launches
- Take part in video content, social media, and company branding activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate or sales experience
- Dubai real estate experience preferred
- Off plan sales experience is a strong advantage
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Confident with clients and able to close deals
- Comfortable being filmed and appearing in content
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to work full time in Dubai
