Role Overview
Crystal Avenue Real Estate is expanding and seeking a Property Consultant with sales, banking, finance, or real estate experience, as well as individuals with strong social media skills and an interest in real estate.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate, banking, or finance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated sales track record and ability to meet targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- RERA certification or a similar qualification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Advise clients on property sales, rentals, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research to support pricing and sales strategy.
- Manage property listings and arrange viewings for prospective clients.
- Keep informed about trends and insights in Dubai's real estate market.
Compensation
- The role offers commission of up to 60%.
- Commissions are released immediately according to the posting.
