We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Secondary Market Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will specialize in the resale (secondary) property market, assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing ready properties.

This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Manage end-to-end transactions for secondary (resale) residential and/or commercial properties

Source property listings through owners, referrals, and networking

Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and tenants

Build and maintain a strong portfolio of properties and clients

Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations

Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

Ensure all documentation complies with UAE real estate laws and company policies

Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and government authorities for smooth transaction processing

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth

*Requirements:*

Proven experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market (required)

Strong knowledge of key communities

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
