Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in Dubai’s secondary property market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing transactions
- Conduct property viewings, valuations, and market appraisals
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and available inventory
- Negotiate offers and guide clients throughout the entire sales process
- Deliver a professional, seamless, and customer focused experience at every stage
Requirements
- Previous experience in secondary market real estate sales is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a proactive and target driven approach
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
