About the Role
Khush & Co. Real Estate is seeking a Property Consultant for a commission-only role in Dubai. The consultant will generate leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate transactions, and build client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial sales and leasing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional property consultations
- Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate and sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, ambitious, and target driven
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Passion for building long term client relationships
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred
- Candidates must currently hold a valid UAE residence visa
- Candidates should be financially prepared to support themselves during the initial 3–6 months while building their client base
