Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Property Consultant to join our on-site team in Qatar.

The Property Consultant will engage with clients to identify their real estate needs, offer tailored property solutions, and maintain strong client relationships.

Daily responsibilities will include conducting property viewings, negotiating rental or sales agreements, advising on market trends, and collaborating with clients to ensure seamless property transactions.

This role requires a customer-focused and proactive individual who can deliver exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of property leasing, sales, and management processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in market research, customer needs assessment, and solution-oriented advising
  • Ability to manage client relationships and provide high-quality customer service
  • Familiarity with Qatar’s real estate market trends, legal requirements, and administrative procedures (preferred)
  • Proficiency with digital tools for property listings and management
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
