Role Overview
The Property Consultant will manage the complete sales and leasing cycle across the UAE market.
The role includes building a client portfolio and advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for clients, conduct property viewings, negotiate transactions, and close deals.
- Coordinate with legal and mortgage partners to keep transactions smooth and compliant.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of Dubai real estate experience is mandatory.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a record of closing secondary or off-plan deals.
- Strong knowledge of villas and townhouses.
- Fluent English is required.
- Russian, Arabic, French, or Mandarin are strong pluses.
- RERA license and UAE driving license are preferred.
Compensation and Support
- The advertised salary is up to AED 5,500 per month.
- Merit-based visa and RERA license sponsorship is available.
