Role Overview
Property Consultant role supporting real estate and property management activities in Abu Dhabi.
The role manages client relationships, closes rental and sales deals, and represents the company with market knowledge and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle residential and commercial leasing transactions.
- Generate leads through online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and present available units.
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions to close deals.
- Maintain property listings, contracts, and client records.
- Monitor local market trends and competitive listings.
- Provide customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Collaborate with administration and marketing teams on property promotion.
- Prepare tenancy contracts, renewal notices, and related documentation.
- Comply with Abu Dhabi property laws and company policies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in real estate or property consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental and sales market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- UAE driving license and own car are stated as preferred or required.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Target-driven, results-oriented, presentable, and professional.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- RERA/DARI knowledge or certification is an added advantage.
