Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying and selling properties
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, networking, and company provided sources
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions to achieve successful closures
- Prepare and manage documentation, including agreements, contracts, and transaction records
- Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM system
- Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, pricing, regulations, and new developments
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and ethical standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property laws
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently in a target driven environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital property platforms
- RERA certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
