Property Consultant (Commission Based)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close high-value sales across off-plan and secondary properties.
• Build relationships with international investors, end users, and property owners.
• Provide valuations, yield calculations, and market insight.
• Conduct property viewings, developer launch presentations, and pitch meetings.
• Track deal stages, follow up with qualified leads, and keep listings updated in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly closing targets and performance benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English communication is essential.
• Native Hindi is highly preferred.
• UAE real estate sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Dubai communities, developer trends, and buying processes is required.
• Proven negotiation, high-ticket closing, and client management ability is required.
• A UAE driving license and personal vehicle are preferred.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, resilient, and dedicated to white-glove customer service.

Compensation

• The role uses a high-commission model.
• Personal leads pay 70% to the consultant and 30% to the company.
• Company-generated leads pay 50% to the consultant and 50% to the company.
• Management leads pay 20% to the consultant and 80% to the company.
• The posting lists pay of AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
