Salary: AED 10,000 per month + Attractive Commission

We are looking for experienced, ambitious and professionally presented Property Consultants to join our Dubai real estate team.

This opportunity is designed for consultants who already understand the UAE property market and are ready to take their career, income and personal brand to the next level.

You will work with local and international investors and end-users across Dubai's residential real estate market, with access to quality projects, marketing support and a professional sales environment.

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE/Dubai real estate experience
• Proven experience in property sales or leasing
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid UAE driving licence
• Professional appearance and client-facing confidence
• Active professional social-media presence
• Ability to represent yourself and the company professionally online
• Target-driven, disciplined and commercially minded

• Proven track record of closed transactions
• Existing investor/client database
• Off-plan sales experience
• Secondary-market experience
• RERA broker registration
• Strong personal brand or professional social-media presence
• Experience working with international investors and HNW/UHNW clients
