- Good negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills

Role Description
- The Property Consultant role is a full time, on site position based in Abu Dhabi, supporting property transactions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Identify client needs, present suitable residential and commercial properties, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.
- Conduct property viewings, manage inquiries, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Stay informed about market trends and achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure a professional, client centric experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Real Estate skills, with experience in property transactions in Abu Dhabi and Dubai considered an advantage.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Solid Consulting skills, including ability to assess client requirements and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Good negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Relevant real estate certifications or licenses within the UAE are beneficial.
- Familiarity with local property regulations and market trends.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in English (and Arabic or other languages as a plus).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
