Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property purchases, sales and investment options.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available properties.
  • Negotiate property transactions to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Prepare and present property listings, sales offers, and market reports.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or related sales role.
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
